General FAQ’s

Yes, we will have cash points available on site. These will be clearly sign posted upon your entry into the festival grounds. Please make reference to our site map for an accurate location of each individual cash point. We advise that you bring cash in advance to save queuing.

No drinks will be allowed onto the festival site. Our security will be checking bags on entry to confiscate any prohibited items. Any other contraband that is found on your person will also be taken away.

Inside Out Festival is an over 18’s event. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed onto the site. Please make sure you’ve read and understood our terms and conditions before you purchase a ticket. This event is non refundable as per our terms & conditions. Failure to produce valid identification when asked will result in no entry.

Inside Out Festival does not take any responsibility for any lost items. All items that are found within the festival grounds are held for 28 days after the event, after this time they are disposed of.

YES & YES – We will be searching everyone entering the festival grounds. You will also be required to provide VALID ID. Refusing to be search will result in no entry. No ID, No Entry.

Travel FAQ’s

No parking is available on site. The site is right next to Cardiff City Centre with public transport links.

We will have specific facilities available for our disabled customers. You’ll also have access to disabled toilets & other facilities.

Ticket FAQ’s

Inside Out Festival runs a no-refund policy. Before you purchase your ticket please read all the terms and conditions. Once you have purchased a ticket, we do not offer refunds. If you feel like you have extenuating circumstance, please fill out our contact form.

Please buy your ticket through one of our approved ticketing outlets. We recommend Ticketmaster, however others are available.

All of our tickets are sent through via email. Please search your junk mail & general inbox. If you still cant find it, please contact your original point of purchase.

Tickets CANNOT be re-sold. This is in our terms & conditions and you agree to this when purchasing a ticket.
